Heat treatment is carried out on computer controlled:
– Two modern gas furnaces with a movable shaft with a capacity of 5T, designed to work at a temperature of up to 1100° C with a working chamber of dimensions 1000mm width x 1500mm height x 5000mm length
– Electrically heated bell furnaces designed to operate at a temperature of up to 750°C, with the working chamber of dimensions 1300mm width x 1200mm height x 6000mm length

As a result, we can offer our clients services in the following areas:
– softening
– normalization,
– quenching & tempering
– solution heat treatment

We do not limit ourselves only to the heat treatment of our forgings, because the production range and dimensions of the furnaces enable us to provide heat treatment services also on pipes for power hydraulics and billets.
