Plates designed by our construction department, for which we have utility models, such as Pżb 4888, Pża 842 etc.
In our offer we have, developed by our designers, set of plates adapted for quick and easy assembly of guide rails in tracks with an arc radius less than 300m. These solutions meet the requirements in terms of dimensions and use standard track accessories.
At the moment we have 4 solutions:
S49 for rail and:
a) Wooden sleepers – Pżb4888 ribbed plates in a set with Pm49 or Krph1 plate
b) Pre-tensioned concrete sleepers – Pżb4888 ribbed plates in a set with the Pżb5558 plate
For S60 rail and:
a) Wooden sleepers Pża842 ribbed plates in a set with the Pm60 or Krph6 plate
b) Pre-tensioned concrete sleepers – Pża842 ribbed plates in a set with the Pża841
In the case of boards for SP06a pre-tensioned concrete sleepers, we supply our Clients with sleepers pre-drilled according to the design. Thus, we realize the need to increase the inter-span spacing, even up to 25mm with a constant spacing of dowels in the sleepers.
